Hi
My name is Lynne Watts. I am the owner and instructor at Peaceful Warrior Yoga Studio. A little about myself.......
I began my Yoga journey many, many years ago as a young student nurse. But, for one reason or another, I put my journey aside for a time. Over the years I have sampled, and dabbled in, different styles of Yoga in different venues. However, like many people, it was during a time of stress in my life that I finally found my way back to Yoga and a style that works for me. I also found that the simple, calming energy of a dedicated Yoga Studio suited my needs the most, and I very much want this same experience for my students.

After a lengthy, satisfying and enjoyable nursing career, I felt the need to deepen my Yoga knowledge and learning by undertaking my Yoga teacher training. I opened Peaceful Warrior Yoga Studio in November of 2015, and over this past 4 years years I have been privileged to share my Yoga with a beautiful, soulful group of fellow Yoga lovers (you know who you are). In those years I have also been continuing my Yoga studies to acquire the skills necessary to offer a selection of Yoga specialties to my students, along with Meditation Studies for a richer Spiritual Experience. I have also completed Yoga Therapy studies to increase my knowledge of the many therapeutic uses of Yoga for a holistic, thoroughly individualized approach as private tuition.
In addition, I am a current member of Yoga Australia & Yoga Alliance (international).

My Yoga is a fusion of general Hatha and Vinyasa, along with Yin Yoga. My Yoga teacher training (Levels 1 & 2) are in the Purna and Vinyasa styles, along with post graduate studies in Meditation and Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy. My classes also offer spiritual and philosophical aspects of Yoga, as these are very important to me.

At this stage I offer General Yoga classes (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative), along with Private Yoga/ Yoga Therapy / Meditation sessions. I am also qualified in Pre and Post Pregnancy Yoga, which is I offer as Private classes for up to 3 ladies/ Mums & Bubs. Please see the Timetable for further info in times.

Jani Young is the founder of Wise Move Wellness (courses, workshops and retreats) who is fully qualified senior yoga teacher, remedial therapist and art facilitator. Jani is passionate about inspiring others to create optimal health. Jani brings a wealth of knowledge from her chosen fields of study.
