Yoga....& what you need

I found this article whilst researching one of my lesson plans late last year and I thought it useful to share with you on the Blog .......


Those of you who share Yoga with me regularly know that the style of Yoga we practice often changes each week. In fact... I often mix the styles in one class.

Now, I don’t know if this is strictly Yoga appropriate, but I do know that this how I can offer my teaching authentically. So I found this article (link below) refreshing & re-assuring ......


So no matter what urges you to find your way to your Mat, when you practice authentically at that time & in that space, you'll often find what you need right at that moment.
