Oh my goodness.... time is flying!
this week in the Studio we are practising a sequence for back pain. Yoga, and all it’s magic-ness, offers an effective, yet gentle movement for the spine. I love the way it gently stretches and strengthens the muscles. I always say in class that Yoga is sneaky- you don’t realise what it’s doing till it’s done.
As well as the physical space Studio I will also be putting up a sequence in the Online Library if you have access (available through the Website.).
