Since our physical space Studio has closed, I still like to keep connection through the private forum, but also through this public access blog to Peaceful Warrior Yoga.
One of the ways I keep my Yogic philosophies fresh is by keeping in contact with the colleagues and trainings from my recent Yogi past. One of these Yoga teacher training schools is Being Yoga , where I completed my Level 2 training. These beautiful Yogis' often give free offerings of their wisdom.....
You might remember earlier in the year (or perhaps it was last year), I put together an eight-week programme of Yoga lessons plans for the Studio on how to apply the 'Eight Limbs of Yoga' to your life.
Well.... Being Yoga has now offered a free 8-week programme of short videos on how you can apply the first 2 limbs (Yamas & Niyamas - personal morals & ethics) to your life.
