just a little post to let you know that the physical space Studio is re-opened this week after an extended break - Tuesday evenings: 6-7.30pm & Wednesday mornings: 9-10.30am.
If you'd like to check it out just head to the 'Classes' tab on this website and down to 'Book Online'.
There is also a rare space available tonight due to a late cancelation. Student numbers are limited due to COVID. Bookings are essential through the website as instructed above.
This week's practice is about gentle stretching through the whole body, with emphasis on the neck, shoulders, and hips. There is a matching practice for the PWY Online Library - sign-up to that also on this website. More about this practice can be found in the Members Community (Forum) on this website available to private members.
