DOWN TIME

So....

tomorrow (so far).... I have a rare day off. There are sooo many things I could be doing... but I might take some space to wander around the house & yard and just be.


How often do you do that, without any concrete plans or ‘to do’ lists?


I’m trying it tomorrow.

This week in the Studio we are practising Restorative Yoga with contemplations on the ‘7 Foundations of Mindfulness’. I need reminding, so I’m sharing 😌.


We’ll be contemplating these attitudes of Mindfulness throughout our practice this week.
