The power of meditation is talked about all over the world, discover the benefits for yourself and take some time out to find the Strength in Your Stillness and clarity in your everyday life.

Restorative Yoga

Luxuriate in the full experience of Restorative Yoga. A deep relaxation and surrender of mind, body and soul. A rejuvenating  practice that encourages full release of tension throughout the body, while providing an uninterrupted safe space of time for personal self-reflection aiding in invigoration of the soul. 

Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga is specialised prenatal and postnatal yoga classes designed to support women who are 14 weeks pregnant or more, and at least 6-8 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks after C-section. 

Prenatal Yoga involves pregnancy-specific yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation exercises that help to develop calm, balance, strength, flexibility and nourish a deeper connection with baby. No previous yoga experience required. Each week can be themed to offer a complete Pregnancy Yoga experience.

Postnatal Yoga is a great way to stretch & strengthen the body while socialising Mum and Baby. It's also a great way to de-stress, tone-up and nourish connections with your Baby and other Mums. Lesson plans are structured to gently strengthen a different section of the Postnatal body each week. It is a fun and supportive Yoga class where Mums are free to attend to their baby's feeding and settling needs at anytime.

Private Yoga Tuition Classes or Yoga Therapy sessions involve 60-90 minutes of personalised Yoga Tuition or Yoga Therapy instruction. 

Private Yoga Tuition Classes are a great way to further your own personal practice or to share an exclusive yoga session with your family & friends.

Yoga Therapy Sessions are designed for strictly 1:1 Sessions to develop a programme designed for your own individual health issues. Yoga Therapy is a complementary therapy that utilises Yoga Poses, Meditation and Lifestyle techniques and tools for a more holistic experience. The Session Fee includes follow up communications. 

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is the application of Yoga - and its many systems - as a complimentary therapy to aid in the treatment of specific health conditions. Yoga Therapy is applied in a holistic manner to collaboratively develop an individualised practice for the student.
