I began my yoga journey as a young student nurse. But, for one reason or another, I put my journey aside and spent time over the years dabbling in different styles of Yoga.  I finally found my way back to Yoga and discovered a style that worked for me during a time of great stress in my life, as most people tend to do. It was this experience that led me to discover the calming benefits a dedicated yoga studio can provide, and this inspired me to offer the same experience for my students. After a lengthy, satisfying, and enjoyable nursing career, I was driven to deepen my Yoga knowledge began my Yoga teacher training. I continue to learn and grow in the world of Yoga and have acquired skills to offer a selection of yoga specialties, Meditation studies to enrich the spiritual experience, and Yoga Therapy to provide an individualized and holistic approach to private tuition.  In addition, I am a current member of Yoga Australia & Yoga Alliance (international).


I opened Peaceful Warrior Yoga Studio in November of 2015, and over the past 4 years, have been privileged to share my Yoga with a beautiful, soulful group of fellow Yoga lovers. 

I look forward to meeting with you and sharing our Yoga together.

Lynne's classes offer both the spiritual and philosophical aspects of Yoga, which is important to her holistic approach.

  • Beginner/Intermediate Classes

  • A fusion of general Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Trained in Level 1  Level 2 of Purna & Vinyasa styles respectively.

  • Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Therapy, at a post-graduate level
